Glencote Consulting Limited started in 1999 as Roger Mills Associates, converting to GCL in 2003. We specialise in helping organisations to get the best from their people.

Roger Mills Chartered FCIPD

During his career Roger has been responsible for HR & HR Development in a wide range of major Organisations and Industries.

He specialises in aligning HR Strategy and Planning to achieve Business Goals and has implemented HR, Training and Management Development initiatives in such diverse industries as Electronics, Food, Retailing, Construction, Process Production, Pharmaceuticals, Rail and “Not-for-Profit” Organisations.

Recent projects have included Designing and Implementing Competency Frameworks, Learning Centres, Programmes for Senior Manager and High-Potential Development, Developing HR & HRD Strategies and managing Assessment Centres.

Although most assignments are UK-based, projects have also involved work in Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, E & W Coast USA, Australia and India.

Marion Mills SRN, CREA

Following an earlier career in nursing and healthcare administration Marion qualified as an Estate Agent and concentrates on Marketing and Sales in the Construction and Housing Industries.

Her main role in GCL is to manage the day-to-day administration and support for the business.
